Safaris
Designing the journey
Here’s what Peter doesn’t offer: set dates, standard routes, lodge-to-lodge checklists, or one-size-fits-all packages. What he offers is something far rarer: the chance to co-create a journey that’s entirely your own. His safaris are made for the dreamers, the adventurers – for those who long to go beyond the usual and step into something real.
Every safari begins with a conversation. From there, Peter builds the experience from the ground up, shaped around the landscapes that call to you, the pace you like to travel, the species you’ve always wanted to see, and the kind of adventure you’re craving, even if you don’t yet have the words for it. Some safaris unfold slowly, with time to sit beside a fire and listen to the silence. Others are fast-moving, spanning countries, ecosystems, and cultures in a single, sweeping journey, or chasing shifting seasons through wild, unseen corners of the world.
Peter plans each detail personally, long before you ever step on a plane. He books every flight and bed, studies the terrain and the stories of the land, builds relationships in remote places, and smooths the path so that your journey feels effortless, even when it’s far from civilisation. He is your planner, guide, driver, problem-solver, storyteller – and when needed, the one brewing your coffee at first light or cooking dinner beneath the stars.
He’s taken travellers along the beaches of Gabon, on nocturnal photographic quests through Southern Africa in search of pangolins and other rare creatures, across the deserts of Namibia, and into Rwanda’s secret valleys. Each journey is immersive, unrepeatable, and quietly extraordinary.
The safaris below are not fixed itineraries. They are simply suggestions, starting points to stir your imagination. You’re welcome to take them, change them, combine them, or start entirely from scratch. If you can imagine it, Peter will bring it to life.
